Seamless Ticketing
More and more passengers are using e-technology to buy their tickets. Our seamless-ticketing technology will enable passengers to ‘travel easy’ and pay for their tickets in a fully transparent manner using the GPS data from their smartphone. All they need to do is swipe their smartphone to check their journey. When a passenger has left a train and is walking, the app suggests a train journey to their final destination and generates a final invoice. With this app, we know where passengers board and leave their trains and are able to offer the cheapest rate.
