No, there will be no extra night trains.
Yes, when you buy an Esperanzah! E-train ticket with Brussels Airport – Zaventem as your departure station, the Diabolo fee will automatically be added to the price of your E-train ticket.
You can buy an Esperanzah! E-train ticket:
  • in conjunction with an international journey by Thalys or Eurostar: Esperanzah! E-train ticket with Antwerpen-Centraal or Bruxelles-Midi as departure station.
  • if you land at Brussels Airport: Esperanzah! E-train ticket with Brussels Airport - Zaventem as departure station. The Diabolo Fee will automatically be added to the price of your E-train ticket.
  • if you land at Brussels South Charleroi Airport: Esperanzah! E-train ticket with Charleroi-Sud as departure station. You need a Bus ticket to and from Charleroi-Sud station.
  • in combination with an international (return) transport ticket that is valid on the foreign railway network until the first Belgian station. When purchasing your Esperanzah! E-train ticket, enter one of the following first Belgian stations as departure station:
    • coming from The Netherlands: Essen (via Roosendaal), Noorderkempen (via Breda) or Visé (via Maastricht – Eijsden)
    • coming from Germany: Hergenrath
    • coming from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg: Arlon, Athus or Gouvy
    • coming from France: Mouscron, Froyennes, Quiévrain, Quévy or Erquelinnes
During the festival there will be additional ticket controls on the trains to and from Floreffe.
On Monday 5 August, an access control will be implemented at Floreffe station.
Because E-train tickets are issued by name, you will also have to present your identity card as well as your E-train ticket, both during controls on the train and at the access control at Floreffe station.
E-train tickets are always nominative, so they cannot be passed on or sold.
E-train tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.
