All about your journey to Paradise City

You can buy the Paradise City Night train ticket only on sncb.be/paradisecity, as from 05/06/2020 – 10 am. You don’t need an SNCB code for this.

No. The bus running from Vilvoorde station to the festival site and back is for free.
Extra night trains (pdf) will be running from VILVOORDE station to Brussels after the 1st festival day and to Antwerp (via Mechelen) and Ghent (via Brussels) after the 2nd festival day. You can take a night train only with a Paradise City Night train ticket. This ticket is valid as a reservation. The terminal station on your train ticket must therefore match the night train that you take.

You can of course get off at an earlier stop.
The offer of night trains is determined by a commercial agreement with the festival organizer. The origin of the visitors is the basis for this.
Then you can travel back by regular train. In this case, you don't buy a Paradise City Night train ticket but a Paradise City Train ticket with which you travel return at half price.
Then you can travel homewards by regular train. Check the departure time of your last train from Vilvoorde station with the journey planner in the SNCB app or on sncb.be. Buy a Paradise City Train ticket with which you travel return at half price.
Yes, if you’re departing from Brussels Airport - Zaventem station, you will still need to buy a Brussels Airport Supplement. You won’t be able to return to Brussels Airport - Zaventem after the festival as there will be no extra night train to this station.
Upon ticket control on the train during the outward journey. There will be an access control at Vilvoorde station before boarding the extra night train. Boarding a night train is only allowed with the corresponding Paradise City Night train ticket. As Paradise City Night train tickets are nominative, you must be able to present your train ticket along with your (photo) ID.
Paradise City Night train tickets are nominative, so they cannot be passed on or sold.
These tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.
Class upgrade is not possible for the homeward journey.
