All about your journey to Paradise City

You can buy the Paradise City Night train ticket only on sncb.be/paradisecity, as from 08/06/2022 – 10 am. You don’t need an SNCB code for this.

No. The bus running from Vilvoorde station to the festival site and back is for free.
Upon your arrival at Vilvoorde station there is a shuttle bus to the festival. Please follow the signs that will take you to the bus stop at Benoit Hanssenslaan.

The buses will run continuously between the station and the festival site from Friday 1/7 at 11h until Monday 4/7 at 11h30 (campsite closes on Monday at 11h).
The shuttle buses will also run on Friday and Saturday nights to take festival-goers with a "Paradise City Night Train ticket" to the station.

Attention: Keep in mind that the shuttles will run approximately 2 times per hour and that capacity is limited. So don't take any risks and arrive on time so you can get to your beloved festival.
Extra night trains (pdf) will be running from VILVOORDE station to to Antwerp (via Mechelen) and Ghent (via Brussels). You can take a night train only with a Paradise City Night train ticket. This ticket is valid as a reservation. The terminal station on your train ticket must therefore match the night train that you take.

You can of course get off at an earlier stop.
The offer of night trains is determined by a commercial agreement with the festival organizer. The origin of the visitors is the basis for this.
Then you can travel back by regular train. In this case, you don't buy a Paradise City Night train ticket but a Paradise City Train ticket with which you travel return at half price.
Then you can travel homewards by regular train. Check the departure time of your last train from Vilvoorde station with the journey planner in the SNCB app or on sncb.be. Buy a Paradise City Train ticket with which you travel return at half price.
Yes, if you’re departing from Brussels Airport - Zaventem station, you will still need to buy a Brussels Airport Supplement. You won’t be able to return to Brussels Airport - Zaventem after the festival as there will be no extra night train to this station.
Upon ticket control on the train during the outward journey. There will be an access control at Vilvoorde station before boarding the extra night train. Boarding a night train is only allowed with the corresponding Paradise City Night train ticket. As Paradise City Night train tickets are nominative, you must be able to present your train ticket along with your (photo) ID.
Paradise City Night train tickets are nominative, so they cannot be passed on or sold.
These tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.
Class upgrade is not possible for the homeward journey.
