1. Third-Party Payment Agreement for season tickets

Using a Third-Party Payment Agreement, you are invoiced monthly for your employer contribution to your employees' season tickets.

  • less administration: no reimbursements to be made to your employees
  • manage season tickets via the SNCB's Business Portal
  • the amount of the employer contribution is offset in full if your employees opt for the tax allowance for professional expenses

Your statutory employer contribution depends on the distance travelled. Download here the amounts of the Statutory Employer Contribution.

  • Throughout the valid term of each season ticket (excluding the Half-Time Season Ticket), unlimited travel is allowed both during the week and at weekends in the comfort class that you have selected. If your departure (or arrival) station is part of a "zone", you can enjoy unlimited travel all day throughout this zone.

You can renew your season ticket by visiting MySNCB, the ticket vending machines or at the station ticket offices.
  • Season ticket holders enjoy discounted rates at NMBS/SNCB paid B-Parking facilities. When you pass by the ticket office, activate your parking season ticket at the same time as your rail season ticket. To  do so you will need a certificate from your employer.
  • More comfort? Opt for an upgrade to 1st class and take advantage of your train journey to work or relax. This option can be requested at the ticket office, upon presentation of the certificate from your employer.
