As you will have no doubt noticed, we have been testing ticketing sales on a new page for the past 3 months with some very positive results!

We will continue to take on board your comments and your queries in order to improve your experience of navigating the new site. And so we are officially launching the new site, redesigned by you and for you.

It may be that in certain places you come across pages from the old site, but these will gradually be replaced with pages on the new site.

In an age in which everything aspires to be mobile, more than ever it is important to provide you with an accessible site from any device. The site will therefore automatically adapt whether you are browsing from your PC, smartphone or tablet.

Optimised buying experience

To take advantage of the best tickets based on your search, amongst other things you are offered tips and continuous support while buying your ticket. Once you have completed your purchase, you will immediately receive your ticket in the form of a pdf file to show the train conductor from your smartphone.

Simplified navigation

With the all-new menu in the top right-hand corner of your screen, we are aiming to provide you with a simple and user-friendly method of finding your way around the site.

A clearer route planner

The timetable search now has a new interface! More precise and more intuitive, it will allow you to find the best journey.

Sometimes we may ask your opinion while navigating the site in order to improve your experience on our site.
