Frequently asked questions
You can only download your Free Ticket from our website. All you need to do this is the SNCB code you have been given.
This code is made up of 16 characters and starts with the number "0" followed by the letters "PUB". The order code(s) can be found in a specific SNCB e-mail (or in an e-mail from an SNCB partner). If you do not find the e-mail, do not forget to check your spam.
Each code can only be used once. You can print the train ticket or save the PDF on your smartphone.
The Brussels Airport Supplement is not included in the price of the Free Ticket. This supplement is automatically added twice to the price (once for each direction) if you choose Brussels Airport - Zaventem as your departure or destination station. So you do not need to buy a separate Brussels Airport Supplement.
With the barcode on your Free Ticket you can open the gates at the airport station.
If children under 12 are accompanied by a traveler with a valid transport ticket, they do not need a ticket. They travel free of charge.
If they are travelling unaccompanied, they can use a Free Ticket.
First of all, make sure you have copied the code correctly. The code is always 16 characters long and starts with a zero and the letters PUB.
Each code only works once. 1 code entitles you to 1 Free Ticket. Make sure you have never used the code before.
