Stormy weather expected on Friday, 23 October

For safety reasons, Infrabel, in consultation with SNCB-NMBS, has decided to adjust train traffic to and from the Coast on Friday, October 23, from 3 PM until the end of train service. The speed of the trains will be reduced

• Between Bruges and the coast (Ostend, Blankenberge, Zeebrugge and Knokke) in both directions.
• Between Lichtervelde and De Panne in both directions.

Please take into account a longer journey time to reach these destinations. You may have to change trains in Bruges or Lichtervelde to continue your journey.
Disruptions are also possible on the rest of the network.
 
Infrabel is monitoring the situation in real time and may adjust these measures if necessary. NMBS will keep passengers informed of developments regarding the measures taken and the proposed alternatives.
