The new pricing offer
Buy an Class Upgrade (single or return) in the app, on our website, at the ticket machine, at the counter or in the train at the Onboard Fare, in addition to your 2nd class ticket.
- Off-peak hours: boarding between Monday and Friday from midnight to 6 a.m., from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and from 6 p.m. to midnight.
- Peak hours:boarding from Monday to Friday from 6:01 a.m. to 8:59 a.m. and from 4:01 p.m. to 5:59 p.m.
- During the weekend (Saturday and Sunday): boarding all day
- On public holidays: boarding all day
Of course! You can combine different tickets and supplements:
- For example, are you travelling on Monday morning at 8 a.m. and would you like to sit in first class? Then combine a 1st class (week) Supplement with your Peak Ticket.
- Are you travelling on exactly the same journey between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.? Then you can travel in first class with a (week) Supplement on top of your Off-Peak Ticket.
- Do you like to travel in first class at the weekend? Then choose a 1st class (weekend) Supplement on top of your ticket at Weekend fare.

1st class carriages are distinguished by a wide yellow stripe on the outside of the carriage and a clearly marked number 1. On the train, the class of carriage is indicated above the door.
