Rail is a sustainable means of transport for many travellers. We do everything we can to minimise the environmental impact of rail travel. However, this can sometimes cause inconvenience.

If you live near an SNCB-NMBS station or building and are experiencing inconvenience, such as noise (SNCB-NMBS workshops or offices, track bundles where trains are prepared for departure, traction units and loudspeakers in stations or at stops) or other problems (disturbing or dangerous trees, waste on your property), please contact us using this contact form (French/Dutch).
