Renew your season ticket quickly and easily online in just a few steps!
Renew your season ticket in 5 steps:
- Log into or create a MySNCB account
- Go to the "My season tickets" page
- Choose your type of subscription
- Choose the period and check your details
- Pay via a secure connection
- Your rail pass is now renewed!
For a combined SNCB-NMBS season ticket (STIB, TEC or De Lijn) on a new MoBIB card, make sure you renew it no later than 5 days before the desired date of validity.
If you have a paper SNCB-NMBS season ticket (Student Multi, complex season ticket), make sure you renew it no later than 10 days before the desired date of validity.
To activate your supplement, please scan your MoBIB card at an SNCB-NMBS ticket machine, or ask an SNCB-NMBS train manager to scan your card each time you renew.
