As a private-sector employer, you are obliged to contribute to the cost of transporting your staff. For home-to-work season tickets, the minimum employer contribution has been fixed to 70.48%* on average. However, within the Mobility Pack, you can also choose to increase your participation to 80% so your employees can enjoy free home-to-work commuting. The government then covers the remaining 20%.
