Photo reports at Mons

Are you an amateur photographer or a photography student? Are you a fan of trains and like to take pictures of stations? Give your creativity free rein and take part in our Photo Days at specific dates and times in Mons. No written authorisation is required for these specific dates and times.

Please note that your photos must be for private use only and must not be used for commercial purposes.

Safety Requirements

You must imperatively have and wear a yellow safety vest. Tripods are not permitted. It is strictly forbidden to take photos on the platforms.

You must never hinder the flow and safety of passengers. You must not cause any disruption to either the passenger services or the passengers themselves.

Caution

The Law pertaining to the protection of individuals must be complied with.

Moreover, any amateur photographer declares waiving all recourse against SNCB. He/she also declares, bearing the full responsibility – and therefore fully releases SNCB – for any accident his/her presence or property may cause, either to third parties or his/her own property, or to Belgian Railway workers or their property, or to the property of Belgian Railways.

He/She also declares waiving all recourse against SNCB should the latter not be able to organise these photo shoot days for amateurs following any event of force majeure (such as an operating accident, power cut or work disruption).
