You can buy the Bravo! Ticket on this page, as from 31 days before your concert or show. Simply click on your purchase button displayed above. Attention: the date of the return journey must be identical to the date of the outward journey (being the date of the concert), although it is permitted to travel back the day after.

Yes, you can combine a Bravo! Ticket with a (return) transport ticket that is valid on the foreign railway network until the Belgian border. From there the Bravo! Ticket is valid to Antwerp-Central, Antwerp-Berchem or Antwerp-South station.
When buying your Bravo! Ticket, enter one of the following first Belgian stations as your departure station:
  • coming from The Netherlands: Essen (via Roosendaal), Noorderkempen (via Breda) or Visé (via Maastricht – Eijsden)
  • coming from Germany: Hergenrath
  • coming from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg: Arlon, Athus or Gouvy

  • I've already bought a Bravo! Ticket, I wish to attend the postponed concert and get refund for my Bravo! Ticket:
    • 1. Contact the SNCB helpdesk, phone +32 607 30 00 (option 3), contact form. Add your original concert ticket and your original Bravo! Ticket as attachments
    • 2. The helpdesk will give you a new SNCB code for the purchase of a new Bravo! Ticket and will refund the Bravo! Ticket you had already purchased.


  • I've already bought a Bravo! Ticket, I don't wish to attend the postponed concert and wish the refund of my Bravo! Ticket:
    • 1. First ask DE SINGEL the refund of your concert ticket.
    • 2. Then contact the SNCB Customer Service by using the contact form. Add your original concert ticket , the proof of refund and your original Bravo! Ticket as attachments.
    • 3. The Customer Service will refund the Bravo! Ticket you had already purchased.
  • I've already bought a Bravo! Ticket:
    • 1. Contact the SNCB Customer Service by using the contact form. Add your concert ticket stating the date of the cancelled concert and your original Bravo! Ticket as attachments.
    • 2. The Customer Service will refund your Bravo! Ticket.
      Please mind: in the event of a concert being cancelled on the day of the concert, Bravo! Tickets will not be eligible for a refund, even if you haven't made your train journey to Antwerp-Central, Antwerp-Berchem or Antwerp-South yet.

    The SNCB code is no longer valid.

*Discount only applied to the non-fixed part of the Standard fare. In 2nd class, the fixed amount is € 1,4115, per single journey. In 1st class, it is € 1,8350 (less than 37km) or € 1,9761 (37km - 51km) or € 2,1737 (52km and more) per single journey. The minimum price per single journey is € 2,50 in 2nd and € 3,30 in 1st class.
