You can buy the Paradise City Train ticket only on sncb.be as from 07/06/2023 – 10 am. The only thing you need for this, is the SNCB code on your festival ticket. This code starts with the number 0, capital letter i and the letters FP.

Yes, if you're departing from Brussels Airport - Zaventem station, you will need to buy two stand-alone Brussels Airport Supplements on top of your train ticket: one for your outward journey and one for your homeward journey.
You can buy a Paradise City Train ticket:
  • in conjunction with an international journey by Thalys or Eurostar: select Antwerpen-Centraal or Bruxelles-Midi as departure station for your Paradise City Train ticket.
  • if you land at Brussels Airport: select Brussels Airport - Zaventem as departure station for your Paradise City Train ticket. You will need to buy two stand-alone Brussels Airport Supplements on top of your train ticket: one for your outward journey and one for your homeward journey.
  • if you land at Brussels South Charleroi Airport: select Charleroi-Sud as departure station for your Paradise City Train ticket. You will also need a Bus TEC Charleroi Airport Ticket to and from Charleroi-Central station.
  • in combination with a train ticket that is valid on a foreign railway network until the Belgian border. Your Paradise City Train ticket is valid from the border to Vilvoorde station. When buying your train ticket, select one of the following first Belgian stations as departure station:
    • coming from The Netherlands: Essen (via Roosendaal), Noorderkempen (via Breda) or Visé (via Maastricht – Eijsden)

If you’re travelling homewards with the Event Train Ticket Paradise City to Brussels Airport - Zaventem station you will need to buy a Brussels Airport Supplement.
Paradise City Train tickets are nominative, so they cannot be passed on or sold.
These tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.

The Night Train Ticket Paradise City is valid both for your outward journey with the regular trains and for your return journey with a special bus to Vilvoorde station and with a special night train.
On the night of 30/06 or 01/07, there will be 3 extra night trains running from Vilvoorde station to Antwerpen-Centraal, Hasselt and to Gent-Sint-Pieters via Bruxelles-Nord, -Central and -Midi. You can take a night train only with a Paradise City Night train ticket. This ticket is valid as a reservation. The code and terminal station of the night train on your train ticket must therefore match the night train that you take.

You can of course get off at an earlier stop.
The offer of night trains is determined by a commercial agreement with the festival organizer. The origin of the visitors is the basis for this.
