Flying from Brussels Airport or Charleroi Airport? Skip the stress and take the train! From most stations in Belgium, you can reach the airport easily, either directly or with a smooth transfer. Are you flying from Charleroi Airport? Then first take the train to Luttre, Charleroi-Central or Fleurus, and then hop on the TEC bus to the airport. So first buy your train ticket to one of these stations and then simply add the BUS TEC Charleroi Airport supplement. You will receive two separate tickets.
The biggest change is the difference between peak and off-peak hours. Are you travelling to the airport during off-peak hours or at the weekend? Then you will receive a 40% discount on the standard fare. If you are travelling during peak hours, the discount does not apply – unless you are entitled to a reduced fare (e.g. for senior citizens, young people, people with Preferential Reimbursement, etc.).
The price for the TEC bus to Charleroi Airport and the Diabolo surcharge for Brussels Airport remain unchanged.
- Off-peak hours: boarding between Monday and Friday from midnight to 6 a.m., from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and from 6 p.m. to midnight.
- Peak hours: boarding from Monday to Friday from 6:01 a.m. to 8:59 a.m. and from 4:01 p.m. to 5:59 p.m.
- During the weekend (Saturday and Sunday): boarding all day.
- On public holidays: boarding all day.
