Board of Directors
The Board of Directors has the authority to take all of the action required or useful for the implementation of SNCB-NMBS corporate purpose. It may delegate its powers to the Management Committee, with the exception of the powers exclusively reserved for it by the law of 21 March 1991 and the Company Code.
