The Rock Werchter Night Train Ticket is valid both for your outward journey on the regular train and your return journey on a special night train. Your Festival Ticket is valid for a return journey with the special buses between the station and the Festival Park.

Night trains run from LEUVEN station after every festival day. You can only take a night train with a Night Train Ticket Rock Werchter. This ticket counts as a reservation. The code on your train ticket must therefore correspond to the night train you take.

If necessary, you can continue your journey with a regular train after the night train. For this, you can use your Free Event Train Ticket Rock Werchter that you downloaded for the outward journey to the festival.

There are 3 night trains (check the timetables here (soon available)):

• Outbound with the regular train to Leuven, return with the night train towards Ostend
  The night train stops at Brussels North, Brussels Central, Brussels South, Ghent-Sint-Pieters, Bruges and Ostend.
• Outbound with the regular train to Leuven, return with the night train to Antwerp-Central
  The night train stops at Mechelen, Kontich-Lint, Mortsel-Oude-God, Antwerpen-Berchem and Antwerpen-Centraal.
• Outbound with the normal train to Leuven, return with the night train towards Genk
  The night train stops in Tienen, Landen, Sint-Truiden, Hasselt and Genk.

The offer of night trains is determined by a commercial agreement with the festival organizer. The origin of the visitors is the basis for this.

If you want to take your bike, you will need a Bike Supplement. For a folding bike, no supplement is necessary, so you don't have to pay anything extra. Of course, you must always have a Night Train Ticket for yourself.

Yes, children under 12 years old must also have their own Night Train Ticket.

Your Rock Werchter Night Train Ticket gives you 24h free access (from 8am till 8am) to the SNCB-NMBS car parks.

To access the NMBS car park before the event:

• from your car, press the flashing button next to the yellow slot of the entrance terminal
• collect your entrance ticket
• enter the car park and take the train to Leuven

After returning by night train:

• Insert your parking ticket, which you received when you entered the car park, into the pay station
• Scan the parking barcode on your train ticket
• The rate will be 0€ and your parking ticket will be validated

There will be an access control at Leuven station before boarding the extra night train. Boarding a night train is only allowed with the corresponding Rock Werchter Night train ticket. As Rock Werchter Night train tickets are nominative, you must be able to present your train ticket with the right code along with your (photo) ID.
