How to respond to cyber and information security issues appropriately?
Upon the discovery of a cyber or information security issue that might affect SNCB-NMBS/ NMBS, or any of its affiliates, including YPTO, please report this immediately upon discovery by phone to allow SNCB-NMBS and its IT department YPTO to respond adequately and effectively to the incident.
After that you must report the same in writing to the below email address. This must be done as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after discovery.
