Meet Mobi, our virtual assistant
Our virtual assistant, Mobi, is a new innovative communication channel. It quickly answers our passengers' questions about journeys, product information, real-time data or, more recently, a station map (currently only available at Brussels South Station). It allows customers to be in contact with the SNCB 24/7. Moreover, Mobi is trilingual, it speaks French, Dutch and English.
The wonderful history of Mobi
Mobi was born in the summer of 2020. It takes its first steps as a chatbot on Messenger. Very soon, Mobi grew and became available on the Google Home and smartphone. Since 2021, it ‘s also present in the Brussels-Midi concept store. Mobi is growing fast, improving and still has some nice surprises in store for us.
A big plus for the customer!
Mobi is able to provide the right information to our customers quickly. And it’s also part of a pilot project at Brussels South Station. We will be looking at how it can best help passengers while reducing waiting lines at our counters.
