We work closely with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (CPP) who ensures that data protection rules are respected. We do not track the journeys you make within our network, and we only track inspections of your MoBIB card if you commit an infraction. We do, of course, keep a record of your season ticket purchases in accordance with the duration permitted by the CPP.

On the card: card number, card series number, photo, surname, first name, date of birth.

In the chip: customer number, card series number, surname, first name, date of birth, any tariff profiles, language, gender, post code, travel tickets.
