Have you bought or renewed a season ticket via sncb.be and do you experience issues while getting your MoBIB card read (at the ticket vending machines or by the train conductor?

Try these possible solutions first:
  • Do you combine your season ticket with a supplement from MIVB, TEC or De Lijn? Then activate your season ticket at a ticket vending machine in an SNCB station.
  • Is your MoBIB card broken? Go to the ticket counter at the station and ask for a duplicate.
  • Your season ticket doesn't show up in My SNCB? Then check if your personal data in your My SNCB account matches the one on your MoBIB card.
  • Did you upload an incorrect school certificate or third-party payment agreement? Then check your mailbox and spam folder.
