Discovery Ticket

A Discovery Ticket is a rail ticket that gives you a 40% discount on your return trip by train on the day of your visit to an attraction.

First buy your admission ticket to an attraction or event from one of our partners. Then use the unique SNCB code provided by the partner to purchase your Discovery Ticket on our website or at a station (max. 1 month before departure).

Discovery Tickets purchased online cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.

The Discovery Ticket discount only applies to your return rail travel on the same day. If your journey requires the use of a bus, tram or the metro, you will need to purchase an additional transport ticket.

No. A Discovery Ticket is a travel package for individual travellers. Would you like to travel by train with your group to the attraction at a reduced price? That is possible, with the Group Ticket! This formula for groups of 15 people or more offers a 60% discount on the standard price. A reservation must be made at least 7 days before the day of your trip. 

No, if your departure station is Brussels Airport - Zaventem, the Brussels Airport Supplement is automatically added to the price of your Discovery Ticket.

The Discovery Ticket is only available in second class. To travel in first class, it is possible to purchase a 1st class Supplement.
