Don't worry, this happens to everyone.

Your train manager will draw up a statement of irregularity for you (fee of € 90), and will hand you a blue card with a QR code on it.

You must then settle your irregularity within 14 calendar days (including the day of travel), either online or at a ticket vending machine by scanning your QR code, or by going to a ticket office of your choice with your season ticket/valid document as of the date of travel and with your statement of irregularity. This will be cancelled and so the € 90 fee will no longer be payable. You can also contact Customer Service via the online contact form. Please mention your regularization number, as well as the subscription / MoBIB card number and the route.

Go to the ticket office and can apply for a duplicate of your validation or a duplicate of the main card and validation, except for Half-Time Abonnement and Student Multi.
